Bacon Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 20 streaky bacon
  •   herb mustard
  • 40 cocktail sausages

Method

  1. Using the back of a knife, stretch 20 rashers of streaky bacon.
  2. Spread the bacon with a little herb mustard and cut each rasher in half.
  3. Grill 40 cocktail sausages. Cool a little and wrap a piece of bacon around each one.
  4. Grill for 5–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crisp and the sausages are cooked through.
  5. Serve hot or cold.

Prepare the day before and cook on the day.
