Grilled Cod and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 150g (5oz) skinless cod fillet
  • 4 tablespoons frozen mixed vegetables, cooked
  • 200g (7oz) potatoes, boiled
  • 1 apple

Method

  1. Grill the skinless cod fillet.
  2. Cook the frozen mixed vegetables and boil the potatoes.
  3. Serve the grilled cod with the mixed vegetables and boiled potatoes, plus 1 apple.
