Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast, cubed
- 2 dessert spoons crème fraîche
- small amount paprika
- small amount ginger
- salt and pepper
- a little lemon juice
Method
- Cube 1 chicken breast and mix with crème fraîche (2 dessert spoons), a small amount of paprika and ginger, salt and pepper, and a little lemon juice.
- Place on foil on an oven tray and grill at very hot temperature for 6–7 minutes on each side.
