Ingredients
- pork pieces or chops, deboned, fat trimmed, pockets cut across each piece (butterfly)
- breadcrumbs
- soft cheese
- herbs
Method
- Join pork pieces or chops - deboned.
- Trim off fat - cut pockets across each piece (butterfly).
- Stuff with a breadcrumb, soft cheese and herb mixture.
- Dip into breadcrumbs then pan fry for 10 mins on each side.
- Serve with leeks and spicy sauce.
