Ingredients

  •   pork pieces or chops, deboned, fat trimmed, pockets cut across each piece (butterfly)
  •   breadcrumbs
  •   soft cheese
  •   herbs

Method

  1. Join pork pieces or chops - deboned.
  2. Trim off fat - cut pockets across each piece (butterfly).
  3. Stuff with a breadcrumb, soft cheese and herb mixture.
  4. Dip into breadcrumbs then pan fry for 10 mins on each side.
  5. Serve with leeks and spicy sauce.
