Lamb and Apple Pot

Ingredients

  • 450g organic minced lamb
  • 4 slices dry cured local bacon, chopped
  • 4 cooking apple, peeled and sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsps flour
  •   salt and black pepper
  • 425ml lamb stock
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 450g potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 14g butter, melted
