Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ pint milk
- 2-3 ozs sugar
- brioche, cut into medium slices
- butter, hot
Method
- Beat up 2 eggs with ½ pint milk and 2-3 ozs sugar.
- Cut medium slices of brioche and dip into egg mix until thoroughly coated.
- Fry in hot butter until golden brown, then turn over and complete second side.
- Serve hot with fruit and cream if wanted.
