Baked Vegetables

Ingredients

  •   mixed vegetables (celery, potatoes, fennel, celeriac, aubergines, leeks, onions, mushrooms), cleaned and sliced
  • 1 carton single cream
  •   grated cheese
  •   breadcrumbs, mixed with thyme
  •   thyme

Method

  1. Clean and slice vegetables into a dish.
  2. Cover with a carton of single cream, then grated cheese and breadcrumbs mixed with thyme.
  3. Cook in oven at 225°C for 40–50 minutes.
