Ingredients
- mixed vegetables (celery, potatoes, fennel, celeriac, aubergines, leeks, onions, mushrooms), cleaned and sliced
- 1 carton single cream
- grated cheese
- breadcrumbs, mixed with thyme
- thyme
Method
- Clean and slice vegetables into a dish.
- Cover with a carton of single cream, then grated cheese and breadcrumbs mixed with thyme.
- Cook in oven at 225°C for 40–50 minutes.
