Ingredients
- mascarpone cheese
- lemon curd
- 12 tartlet cases, ready-made
- 12 raspberries
- icing sugar, for dusting
Method
- Beat together the mascarpone cheese and lemon curd until smooth.
- Pipe or spoon into the tartlet cases.
- Top each one with a raspberry. Dust with a little icing sugar and serve immediately.
