Broad Beans and Potatoes

Ingredients

  •   broad beans, frozen, skinned while frozen
  •   butter
  •   orange zest, grated
  • 5-6 small salad potatoes

Method

  1. Take frozen broad beans and skin them while still frozen.
  2. Cook the beans in butter for a few minutes, grate some orange zest over them, and keep warm.
  3. Cook 5-6 small salad potatoes and mix with the beans.

Serve with Turkey Schnitzels
