Ingredients
- broad beans, frozen, skinned while frozen
- butter
- orange zest, grated
- 5-6 small salad potatoes
Method
- Take frozen broad beans and skin them while still frozen.
- Cook the beans in butter for a few minutes, grate some orange zest over them, and keep warm.
- Cook 5-6 small salad potatoes and mix with the beans.
