Bacon Butty & Scrambled Eggs on Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 lean bacon, grilled
  • 1 wholemeal roll
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • unlimited lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 teaspoon low-fat spread
  • 1 tablespoon skimmed milk
  • 1 slice wholemeal toast

Method

  1. Grill 2 rashers of lean bacon and serve in a wholemeal roll with 1 sliced tomato, unlimited lettuce and 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup.
  2. Scramble 2 medium eggs with 1 teaspoon low-fat spread and 1 tablespoon skimmed milk. Serve with 1 slice wholemeal toast.
