Ingredients
- 2 lean bacon, grilled
- 1 wholemeal roll
- 1 tomato, sliced
- unlimited lettuce
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 teaspoon low-fat spread
- 1 tablespoon skimmed milk
- 1 slice wholemeal toast
Method
- Grill 2 rashers of lean bacon and serve in a wholemeal roll with 1 sliced tomato, unlimited lettuce and 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup.
- Scramble 2 medium eggs with 1 teaspoon low-fat spread and 1 tablespoon skimmed milk. Serve with 1 slice wholemeal toast.
