Ingredients
- turkey mince
- onion, sliced
- cumin
- paprika
- pepper, chopped
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- red wine
- small amount stock
- vegetables, chopped
- noodles, cooked
Method
- Fry mince quickly in a hot pan.
- Add sliced onion, cumin, paprika, chopped pepper, a can of chopped tomatoes, red wine and a small amount of stock.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Stir fry chopped vegetables and add to cooked noodles.
