Turkey Mince

Ingredients

  •   turkey mince
  •   onion, sliced
  •   cumin
  •   paprika
  •   pepper, chopped
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  •   red wine
  • small amount stock
  •   vegetables, chopped
  •   noodles, cooked

Method

  1. Fry mince quickly in a hot pan.
  2. Add sliced onion, cumin, paprika, chopped pepper, a can of chopped tomatoes, red wine and a small amount of stock.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir fry chopped vegetables and add to cooked noodles.
