Apple Purée

Ingredients

  •   cooking apples, cubed
  •   lemon juice
  •   cinnamon
  •   nutmeg
  •   honey or syrup
  •   butter
  •   whipped cream

Method

  1. Cook apples with spices, lemon juice, honey or syrup, and butter.
  2. Purée the cooked apple mixture.
  3. If wanted, fold in whipped cream when cooled.

Fold in whipped cream when cooled, if wanted.
